• Full Refund Eligibility: Customers are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided payment has been made.

• Discretionary Refunds: Refunds beyond the initial 48-hour window will be discretionary and subject to a sliding scale. The refund amount will be determined based on the extent of time and work invested in creating your package.

Please note that refunds requested beyond the initial 48-hour period will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the resources and effort allocated to developing your customised package.
